Why I do this.
Because my parents got talked into a mortgage they did not understand, and nobody in that room said the quiet part out loud. I am the person who says the quiet part out loud.
My nevers.
I will not push a couple into a number that breaks them on month four. I will not use the word dream when I mean monthly payment. I will not pretend a bidding war is fun.
